Ina “Jo” Hamilton Pattillo was born November 3, 1928, in Pecos, Texas to Milt Hamilton and Eunice Long. She passed away September 2, 2024, at the Crest East in San Angelo. Jo married Wilson Hill “Dick” Pattillo on June 21, 1947, and they had four children, Nikki, Janet, David and Dewayne. They attended West Park Baptist Church and Barstow Baptist Church for many years. Jo was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Dick, her son Dewayne, her daughter Nikki Renz, grandson Robert Renz, granddaughter, Rebecca Pattillo, Sisters, Louise White, Lucille Tilley, Doris Keplinger, Wanda Hayes, Delores Walker and her brother Ham Hamilton. Jo is survived by her daughter Janet Winterrowd and her husband Curtiss, of San Angelo, Son David Pattillo and wife, Jan, of Hamilton; Sister, Evelyn Conine, of Midland, TX; Her grandchildren, Jesse Renz, Kirk Winterrowd, Kelcey Morris, Erinn Pattillo and Matt Pattillo; Great Grandchildren, Mikayla, Rachel and Brinley Rice, Luke Morris and Landry Pattillo. Mom and friends had a “Coffee Klatch” in their kitchens in Pecos for many, many years. The ladies were Mom, Beryl, Mary, Mildred, Evelyn, Shirley and Betty. Mom lived on the same corner in Pecos for almost 70 years before moving to San Angelo in 2019. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother and we will dearly miss her!

The graveside service will be 1:00 P.M., Saturday, September 7, 2024, at Mount Evergreen Cemetery in Pecos, Texas. The family wishes to extend their sincerest thanks and appreciation to the young women at the Crest, Tiffany, Shelly, Anna, Taylor, Cheryl, Lenora, Michelle and manager Tanya for all of the loving care given to our mom. They would also like to thank the ladies from Gentiva Hospice for being so kind and caring.
