Love Mary Frances

Mary Frances Love, 93, of San Angelo TX, passed away on Sunday morning September 22nd 2019. Mary was born in Cleburne TX on May 16th 1926. She graduated from Cleburne High School and attended TCU. Mary was a beloved mother, grandmother, & homemaker, as well as a real estate agent. She was passionate about golfing, playing bridge, crocheting & needlepoint. She is preceded in death by her parents Byron & Lily Blanton, her son Robert Kelly, as well as her husbands Weldon Kelly, Harold Hartman, & Norman Love. She is survived by her daughter Sheila Douglas, her grandchildren Travis "Wade" Hartman, Leslie Dowdy, and Zach & Sammye Douglas. She is also survived by her great grandchildren Hagan & Hadley Hartman, Lauren & Layne Dowdy, & Andrew Cockrell, as well as her niece Janice Hollingsworth. She loved her family dearly and will truly be missed by all of them. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Johnson's Funeral Home. A private memorial service will be held at the family's home on a later date.

Ruth Pena Hensley, 86, passed away Thursday, September 19, 2019, in San Angelo.

Public viewing will be both Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 PM until 8:00 PM with the family receiving friends on Sunday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Graveside services will be at 11:00 AM Monday, September 23, 2019, at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens with Father Balachandra Nagipogu, Parochial Vicar of Holy Angels Catholic Church, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home.

Mrs. Hensley was born December 29, 1932 in Tahoka. She married John H. Hensley in January of 1982. He preceded her in death on September 20, 1997. Ruth has been a resident of San Angelo since 2002 moving from Big Spring. She worked at Webb Air Force Base in Big Spring in the cafeteria for 12 years and when the base was shutdown, she worked at Al's Bar-B-Que House in Big Spring for 10 years, retiring 1987. She was a former member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Big Spring and a current member of Holy Angels Catholic Church in San Angelo, where she was very active in various church activities. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, Perfecto and Pauline Pena; a brother, Pilar Pena; two sisters, Janie Robles and Lupe Perez.

She was a loving mother of five children including two sons, Richard Kitchen of San Angelo and Michael Bickford of Westlake, Michigan; three daughters, Laura Severding and husband William of McKinney, Sally Forrest and husband Russell of Glen Rose and Sharon Bickford of Dearborn Heights, Michigan; five grandchildren, Heather Severding, Ryan C. Fridmanis, Lena Bickford, Justin Bickford and Hilary Tshirlig.
