SAN ANGELO, TX – Honoring and supporting local heroes is what Home for Heroes is all about.
As an organization, they focus on providing firefighters, EMS, law enforcement, military,
healthcare professionals and teachers the resources they need to purchase a home.
Through several programs, Homes for Heroes offers a variety of options for first responders.
Whether they are looking to buy, sell, or refinance there is a Home for Heroes program that can
provide guidance and assistance. When a hero participates in any of the programs, they make it
possible for Homes for Heroes to help more individuals and organizations.
Hero Rewards encompasses all the programs that provide savings for heroes as they work with
real estate and mortgage specialists. Reward amounts vary from individual to individual and by
visiting HomesForHeroes.com it’s easy and simple to receive an estimation of the aid that is
available.
Hero Buys a Home: hero receives a check from Homed for Heroes in the mail
Hero Mortgage: hero receives reduced lending fees
Hero Sells a Home: hero receives reduced real estate service fees at closing

be registered on HomesForHeroes.com, and work with a Heroes real estate or mortgage

Homes for Heroes has also established a nonprofit foundation that helps heroes in dire need
regarding housing or emergency financial assistance. Homes for Heroes, Inc. donates a portion
of its earnings to the foundation. Hero Grants are awarded to local non-profits that are
nominated by Homes for Heroes specialists. Since its creation, the foundation has awarded over
$500,000 to help local heroes.

Tuesday, February 4th for an information session. The event is will be going on from 5:30 p.m. –
7:00 p.m. and is hosted by Hambright Real Estate in collaboration with Legacy Home Loans and
