Pedro Leyva Santellano, 81, passed away Monday, June 29, 2020, in San Angelo.

Public viewing will be from 1:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a prayer service at 6:00 PM Sunday, July 5, 2020, at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel with Ramiro Borrego, officiating. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Monday, July 6, 2020, at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel with Jesus Ordez, Sr., officiating. Burial will follow at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens under the director of Robert Massie Funeral Home.

Mr. Santellano was born January 31, 1939, in Mexico. Pedro married Maria Consuelo on December 5, 1958, in Jimenez, Mexico. She preceded him in death on October 29, 2018. Pedro was a construction worker, working Bailey Bridge Co. for 23 years, later worked for various concrete finishing companies before his retirement in 1997. Pedro was a member of the Kingdom Hall of the Jehovah Witness. Pedro loved driving around in his HHR listening to Mexican Music. He loved to cook. Pedro was all willing to help those in need. He never met a stranger. Pedro was a loving father, grandfather, and friend.

Survivors include two sons, Pedro Santellano, Jr. and wife Janelle, Josue U. Santellano and wife Susanna; three daughters, Marlene Santellano and husband Fidel Hernandez, Iliana Santellano, and Gabrielle Santellano and husband Noel Lopez; 16 grandchildren, Bryan Santellano, Brent Santellano, Allen Santellano, Victoria Santellano, Veronica Santellano, Joshua Santellano, Justin Santellano, Jade Santellano, Ayden Santellano, Calvin Rodriguez, Ismerai Rodriguez, Christian Cuellar, Kristopher Juarez, Mark Juarez, Sebastian Juarez, and Adolfo Ocampo; eight great grandchildren; two sisters, Elena Moreno, and Mercedes Franco; two brothers, Juan Santellano, and Eloy Santellano.

Pedro was preceded in death by his parents, Juan and Sophia Leyva Santellano, a brother, Remigio Santellano.

Serving as her pallbearers will be six of her grandsons, Calvin Rodriguez, Joshua Santellano, Justin Santellano, Kristopher Juarez, Mark Juarez, and family friend Jakob Torres.

Michael Durand Kelly passed away peacefully to join his parents and loved ones in heaven on June 24, 2020. He was born to Benjamin F. Kelly and Alvetta Spurlock Kelly on March 8, 1958. Michael grew up in San Angelo, Texas and graduated from Central High School. After high school, Michael attended Angelo State University. Michael worked as a graphic artist for Newman Design Company, Standard Times and Town & Country Design department. 
As a lifelong graphics artist one of his most defining moments was his graphics business MDK Multimedia, Artist, Designer and Consultant. Michael was business minded, always reading and researching new business topics. He loved to talk to young people with encouragement of starting their own business, whatever their talent or passion was. To those of you who helped Michael with his business projects, we say Thank you. 
Michael’s second passion was cooking for friends and family. His favorite meal to cook was breakfast, which was known as “Big Breakfast”. 
Michael remained brave throughout his final weeks. To all those who knew him, he never lost that unique since of humor. 

He leaves behind to cherish his memory: two sisters, Sharon Kelly Rivers of Missouri City, Texas and Patricia Kelly Thompson of San Angelo, Texas. His self-adopted daughters, Hope Aguero of San Angelo, Texas and Stephanie Losoya of San Angelo, Texas. Michael also leaves behind two aunts Dessie Kelly of Inglewood, CA and Bobbie Kelly of Clinton, MD., a nephew, Andre Thompson, Kelien Thompson and Alyssa Thompson and a host of relatives and friends, including his very special friends, Steve Flores, Don Schaaf, Ken Milton, Curry Hawkins Charles Njemanze, Yuel Harris, Dr. Steven Hines, Leo Cornejo and Family. 
Our family expresses deep appreciation to the Doctor’s, staff members and nurses at Angelo Community Medical Center and Shannon Medical Center for the love, care and attention that was giving to Michael. 

A funeral service will be held at Harper Funeral Home on July 3, 2020, at 11:00am. 

Donations can be made to the Ben & Alvetta Kelly Football Scholarship Endowment at Angelo State University, which will annually award a scholarship to a member of the ASU Rams football team.

Harry Ross Jefferson of San Angelo, TX went to be the Lord, Tuesday, June 30, 2020 Ross was born May 25, 1931 in Tucumcari, NM to Harry Lee and Eula Betts Jefferson. 
He grew up in Atoka, OK and graduated from Atoka High School. He was a graduate of New Mexico State University with a degree in Engineering and retired from Siete Oil & Gas.. 
Ross lived a life of service beginning with his years in the United States Army, honorably discharged as a Staff Sergeant serving during the Korean Conflict. 

Ross married Geraldine (Jerry) Wilson August 12, 1955 in Lovington, NM. 
He was ordained a deacon July 26, 1959 at First Baptist Church, Jal, NM. He continued to serve the Lord as a member and deacon at Glen Meadows Baptist Church. 
Ross was proud of his Choctaw heritage and was a member of the Choctaw Indian nation. 

Ross was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Charles. He is survived by his wife Jerry, daughter Cathy Barnett of Bedford,TX, Lisa Murn and husband Tagg of Mooresville, NC. Grandchildren Valarie Lee and husband Mark of N. Richland Hills, TX, Garrett Wilson and wife Annie of Huntersville, NC and Amanda Wilson of Asheville, NC, Great Grandchildren Bradie Lee, Gabriel, Liam and Evangeline Wilson, brother Forrest Jefferson and wife Jo of Conroe, TX, sister-in-law Jean Jefferson of Bixby, OK and many loved nieces and one nephew.

San Angelo, Texas has lost a jewel of its community! Mrs. Willie Mae Bradley, 90, passed away early Sunday morning, June 28, 2020, at the Meadow Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in San Angelo, Texas, after a long illness. We offer our special thanks to the nurses of St. Gabriel’s hospice, especially, Mr. Rene and Ms. Jennifer, for their personable and loving care.

Mrs. Willie Mae Bradley was born August 16, 1929 to Mr. Will Black and Mrs. Ella Mae Black in Corsicana, Texas. She was the youngest of four children, including two brothers and one sister. Her parents and siblings preceded her in death.

Mrs. Bradley was married to Mr. S. T. Bradley in 1947. They were married over 20 years before his demise in December 1970. Both were well known and highly respected in San Angelo. They were proud parents of two sons, Samuel Bradley of San Angelo, and Donald Thomas Bradley of Oakland, California. Samuel and Pat have a son, Patrick Bradley, of San Angelo. Donald and Dava have a son, Donavan Bradley, of Oakland, California.

Fondly called Ms. Willie Mae, she touched and enhanced many lives with her outreaching kindness, most extreme generosity, and her delicious cooking. Mrs. Bradley used her gifts while serving at St. Paul Baptist Church under the leadership of several pastors, including her current pastor and dear friend, Rev. Henry Clay Green, Sr., and wife Wanda. She welcomed into her home several individuals who needed a home for an extended period of time, or who needed a place to recuperate from a short-term illness. When she cooked at home, the aroma brought many to her home—no one was turned away.

Public viewing will be from 9:00 AM until 8:00 PM Thursday, July 2, 2020, at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at 2:00 PM at St. Paul Baptist Church with Rev. Robert Dean Elkins, 65 of San Angelo TX, passed from this life on Sunday, June 28th in his home. Born March 14, 1955 to Jay Elkins and Lydia Hobbs Elkins, he was a good husband to his wife, Sarah Elkins of San Angelo, and a good father to his daughters and stepchildren. Dean, as he preferred to be called, was a joy to know and his kind smile and hearty laugh will live on in the hearts of the many friends and family who loved him. A builder by trade, he was supportive of others and always had a word of encouragement for everyone. The work of his life can be seen in many homes in and around San Angelo, including the home he built for himself and Sarah on the southwest side of town. He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Sarah Elkins; his sister Pat Lloyd and husband David of Eldorado, TX; his daughter and son-in-law Josh and Shawna Dahlquist and children Atley and Ivy of Miramar Beach, FL; his daughter and son-in-law Derek and Allison Barrera and children Carson and Peyton of Miramar Beach, FL; his stepson and daughter-in-law Reese and Anne Chamberlain of Austin, TX; his stepdaughter and son-in-law Will and Caitlin Smith and children Aubrey, Kylan, and Hunter of Cedar Park, TX; nephews Cory Lloyd and Matthew Lloyd of San Angelo, TX; nieces Dena Lovick of Highland Village, TX, Lee Ann Bailey of Fredericksburg, TX, and Dee Ann Faubus of Lubbock, TX; and numerous cousins. Lorenzo A. Hernandez, of San Angelo, TX passed away on 06-29-2020 at the age of 71 years old. After months of failing health, he passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home in San Angelo.

Lorenzo was born on August 10, 1948, in Navasota, TX to Apolonio & Dolores Hernandez.

Mr. Lorenzo was a mechanic by trade & knew what was wrong just by hearing the sound the vehicle was making. He worked at the Ford House in Floydada & Lockney TX. His nickname was “Ford” to his co-workers and “Lenchito” to his family. He loved his music and taught himself how to play the accordion just for fun. He loved to play pool, cards, and dominoes with his family, and was always ready to go eat or go see to a movie. His favorite pastime was at the slot machines or the casino.

He was a good Father to his kids, a loving & proud Grandpa to his grandchildren, a caring Brother to his siblings. Dad was known to stop to help people who were stranded on the side of the road and get them back on the road. He never spoke a harsh word about anyone. Pierce Holt once told Lonnie “Your Dad is like walking with God” and his Sister Rosa has always thought he was a saint. He was highly thought of among everyone who knew him. It’s been said him & Tia Angela won a dance contest. 

Lorenzo was a strong, proud and good but yet stubborn & a stern man. He is loved and will be greatly missed by many!

He is preceded in death by parents, Apolonio and Dolores Hernandez; infant granddaughter, Crystal Ann Jimenez; brother, Norberto Hernandez; and sisters, Bertha Flores & Angelita Ramirez.

Survived to carry his legacy are his children, Lorenzo Hernandez Jr. and spouse Sandra Hernandez, Lisa H. Beltran and husband Emilio of San Angelo, TX, Lonnie Joe Hernandez of Lubbock, TX and Larry Hernandez of Kennedale, TX; 8 Grandchildren, Aaron Mark Aguirre, Lonnie Cain Hernandez, Michael Lorenzo Hernandez, Joseph Greg Aguirre, David Ray Hernandez, Sable Nicole Hernandez, Madelyn Elise Hernandez and Sophia Gabrielle Hernandez; mother of his children, Lucy Amador and her family as they have always thought of him as their Brother & Uncle; Brothers, Thomas Hernandez (Virginia) and Santos (Rosa) Hernandez of Floydada, TX; Sisters, Rosa Medders (Edwin) of San Antonio, TX and Luz Castillo of San Angelo, TX along with many nephews and nieces. 

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude for the loving care, help & support Tia Rosa & Tia Luz provided. Thank you is not enough for all they did. A special thank you to Kindred Hospice nurses & staff for keeping Dad comfortable.

A memorial service will be held in Floydada, TX at a later date.

Lonnie Paul Kellermeier, 55, of Mereta, went to be with the Lord on June 29, 2020 doing what he loved- farming. He was born on October 23, 1964 in San Angelo, TX to Clarence and Marjorie Kellermeier. A vigil service with rosary will be held at St. Ambrose Church on Wednesday, July 1st at 6:00 pm. The funeral mass will also be held at St. Ambrose Church on Thursday, July 2nd at 10:00 am.

Lonnie grew up on a farm in Mereta, TX with his parents and older sibling. He met is wife Melissa and got married in Wall, TX at the St. Ambrose Church. Lonnie’s hobbies growing up included helping on the family farm, taking care of his livestock, and competing in FFA. Everyone who knew Lonnie, knew that he would rarely miss a major stock show in Texas. He carried on his passion for stock shows with his children through raising steers. He spent his days working hard to support his family in his career as a farmer. He enjoyed planting unique crops such as zucchini, squash, turf, and his most memorable, a field of sunflowers for his wife, Melissa. Lonnie loved being a part of agriculture and stayed involved at a local and national level by being on the national board of Calcot, local board of NRCS, and being a director with the new LoneStar Farmer’s Co-op. He went by many names including husband, dad, paw, son, brother, uncle, LK, and cousin Lonnie. Lonnie’s loyalty, big heart, mentorship to the youth, and outgoing personality will forever be remembered. Across the state of Texas, he was known by all and friends to many.

He is survived by wife, Melissa Kellermeier; children Karli and husband Tevin Powers, Koy and wife Hannah Kellermeier, Korby and wife Madi Kellermeier, and Kriss and husband Lane Oliver; grandchildren Kynli Powers and two on the way that he gets to meet from heaven; parents Marjorie Kellermeier and late Clarence Kellermeier; sibling Sammy Kellermeier and wife Charlotte Kellermeier, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers for the funeral service include Bill Belew, Carl Broz, Darrell Cmerek, Zane Friend, Greg Hoelscher, Cecil Kalina, Harvey Kalina, Jonathan Krenek, Coby Mills, Juan Santiago, Karl Weishuhn, and Heath Wyatt. Honorary pallbearers are the board members of the Lonestar Farmers Coop; Paul Schwertner, Johnny Beach, Donnie Geistmann, Greg Matschek, Kenny Gully, Michael Hoelscher, Steve Jansa, Ralph Kellermeier, Joe Matthiesen, Brent Niehues, Jeffrey Schwartz, and Roger Strube.

LaShawndra “Muffy” Powell, 37, of San Angelo TX left this world to join her loved ones passed on June 23, 2020. Muffy’s soul will be joining her beloved mother, Lois Powell-Bowman, her grandparents Jerry and Eulla Powell, and her cousin Oscar Smith, uncles, Joseph and Leonard “Tappy” Powell as well as cousin Haward Massingill, where they can dance and celebrate together while watching over their loved ones. Muffy leaves behind her 3 beautiful children, Luke, Adam, and Micah Williams, all of San Angelo, her father AD Bowman of San Angelo, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.  

To know Muffy was to love her. She never met a stranger! Her thunderous, vibrant personality was one that left an impression on everyone who was around her. Muffy was a lover of everything in nature. She loved crafting. She loved her friends and family. But more than life itself, Muffy loved her children.  

Muffy would not want us to mourn. She would rather us celebrate her life and the precious time we got to spend with her, and carry on her memory with stories and love.  
A memorial service will be held on July 3, 2020, from 6:00– 7:00pm, at Galilee Missionary Baptist Church.
