The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:
- Patty Tonn was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 < 1G and POSS DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 6:14 p.m. Her bond has been set at $662.00.
- Eugene Leach was arrested for THEFT CLASS C, POSS CS PG 1 < 1G, POSS DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, MISC CPF X10, and MISC FTA at 11:46 p.m.
- Arturo Deleon was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 9:12 p.m. His bond has been set at this time.
Out of the 556 beds available in the new jail, there are currently 457 in use by inmates in TGCJ as of Tuesday morning.

- Sunny Celedon-Lira was arrested for RPR*DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 5:29 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
- Kalesha Williams was arrested for THEFT PROP >=$100<$750 at 7:53 p.m. Her bond has been set at $500.00.
- Wayne Fieglein was arrested for DOC-NOISE at 10:33 p.m. His bond has been set at $362.00.
