Floy Ray (Jones) Tonne left this earth on November 30th, 2014 and was greeted at Heaven’s gates by her husband of 70 years, Alfred O. Tonne, the parents to which she was born on February 11, 1919, RPH (Hobson) and Ruth (Singleton) Jones. Also there to greet her was her very special sister Novella Dehnel, younger brother Sam Jones and her Great Granddaughter, Cheyenne Bednar.
Growing up during the depression, Floy Ray learned at an early age to work hard and continued to do so up until this last year. She worked multiple jobs from a full service laundry, bookkeeping, teaching and in later years quilting, along with her fabulous cooking through the years.
During her teaching career at Eola, Carlsbad, Mereta and Wall, she made lasting friendships with students, parents, other teachers and members of those communities.
She was always volunteering and involved with activities at the Eola Baptist Church, the Eola Community Center and the various schools that she worked for, or where her kids or her Grandkids attended. She was always supportive her children and more especially with her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Her Great-Great grandkids would come to join her for Halloween festivities during her last years.
Floy Ray is survived by her four children and their spouses, Alfred Lee and Susan Tonne of Buda, Benny and Priscilla Tonne of Eola, Shirley and Clifford Berry of Shallowater and Elizabeth and Herman McGill of San Angelo. Her eleven grandchildren Glen (Kelly) Berry, Paul (Allison) Tonne, Kathy (Bill) Berry-Brunson, Vince (Lori Jo) Bednar, Vanzant (Bridgette) Bednar, Darrell (Melissa) Tonne, Melissa Tonne-Durst, Doug (Denise) Tonne, Vannessa (Eugene) Bednar-Gibson, Debbie Tonne and Marcus Wright. She also has 23 great-grandkids and 9 great-great grandkids. She is survived by her in-laws Raymond Dehnel, Mozzelle Tonne and Gussie Tonne, as well as numerous special nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 2:00 pm in the Robert Massie Funeral Chapel, followed by internment at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Eola Baptist Church, the Eola Community Center, or a charity of your choice.

Rose Zimmerman Kuester, 100 years young, passed away peacefully on November 29, 2014, in her home surrounded by loved ones.
Graveside service will be at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens with James Hassell officiating under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home.
Rose was born in Bartlett, TX to Frank and Louise Zimmerman on October 5, 1914. She married Vernon Kuester on September 8, 1934 in Houston, TX. They were married 68 years at the time of his passing in 2002.
She is survived by her sister Lucile Finn, and brother Pete Zimmerman along with nieces and nephews. Also left to cherish her memory is Mike Doak, who was like a brother to Rose for many years.
Rose lived her life to the fullest, celebrating her 100th birthday at the Texas State Fair. She remained in her home to the very end thanks to her wonderful caregivers, Lisa Goetz, Diane Irwin and Juanita Barrera. Rose had a special place in her heart for her angel, Stephanie Bird, who was by her side for nearly 15 years. Rose was a wonderful Christian lady who always lived for her Saviour Jesus Christ. She taught everyone to love God, love each other, how to forgive and to just simply do good in this world. She blessed each person she met in her 100 years on this earth. She was a true inspiration to all who knew her and will be greatly missed.

May Elizabeth Keys Jackson was born Nov. 30, 1928 to John Keys and Elizabeth Mae Terry Keys. She grew up on her parent's farm in the Fairview area. May passed peacefully from this life on Sunday, Nov. 30, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mae Keys; her husband, Clay Jackson, and one sister, Willie Rebecca Keys.May graduated from San Angelo Central High School in 1944. She won the state speech championship and competed in the national contest. She received her BA from Baylor University in 1948 and received her master's degree from Angelo State University.May married her high school sweetheart, Clay Howard Jackson, on Nov. 27, 1948. They spent over 44 years together as husband and wife. She was an educator and began her teaching career in 1949 at Lee Jr. High School. Throughout her teaching career, May taught elementary, junior high, and high school levels. She was a principal for eight years and retired in 1982. After retiring from teaching, May opened up a children's clothing boutique. She spent many years travelling to the Dallas Market and choosing the most stylish clothes for infants to teenagers.May also loved to travel! She enjoyed numerous trips with Clay and with her sister, Robert Ann Keys Jones. Her passports were stamped by countries all over the world. She served as a member of the Ziphron Temple Daughters of the Nile for over 51 years.May is survived by her sister, Robert Ann Keys Jones; her daughter Jan, and Michael Duncan; her son Roy, and Teri Jackson; her four grandchildren: John and Kacy Jackson, Dallas and Sam Franklin, Ellis and Chris Bonness, Jackson Duncan and Sara Dalrymple. She is also survived by six great grandchildren: Mikayla and GT Jackson; Clay, Ellen, Conner and Caleb Bonness, and one nephew David Jones and his wife Tina.The family would like to thank the staff of Meadow Creek and HOSA for their exceptional care these past two months. Maria Estella Hernandez, 70, passed away Sunday, November 30, 2014, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born February 3, 1944, in Pearsall, Texas, to Julian Perez and Dominga Lopez Perez.
On September 10, 1960, Mary married the love of her life, Rodrigo R. Hernandez, at the Assembly of God church in Devine, Texas. She was a dedicated wife and dedicated her life to the Lord; Mary was certified as an ordained minister.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Julian and Dominga L. Perez, and by a daughter, Josephine Hernandez.
Mary is survived by her devoted husband of 54 years, Rodrigo R. Hernandez. She was blessed with 3 daughters, Juanita Ramirez, Julie Hernandez, and Lillie Landin all of San Angelo, Texas, and by 1 son, Samuel Hernandez of San Angelo; she was also blessed with 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Thursday, December 4, 2014, from 1:00 to 9:00 P.M. at Gutierrez Funeral Chapels/North. A Prayer Service will be held at 7:00 P.M. Lidia Martinez, 58, of San Angelo, joined her Lord and Savior on November 28, 2014.

Lidia was born on September 1, 1956 to Juan and Mercedes (Revelez) Torres at Jerez, Zacatecas, Mexico. Her favorite pastimes included; cooking for her family and friends, knitting, and shopping. As a loving mother, sister and grandmother her family was her treasure. She made it a point that the family was always taken care of at the expense of her needs. She adored her grandchild and caring for her twins (mis gueritos).

Lidia is survived by two sons, Rudy Hernandez and wife, Clara; Juan Martinez both of San Angelo; two sisters, Andrea Mejia of Jerez, Mexico, Hortencia Martinez of San Angelo; three brothers, Eliseo Torres; Francisco Torres both of Santa Paula, CA, Gabriel Torres; grandson, Mark Anthony Hernandez both of San Angelo; and life companion Trinidad M. Deanda.

She was preceded in death by father, Juan Ortiz Torres; sisters Graciela Rodriguez and Raquel Mejia; brother Enrique Torres.

Rosary will be held at 7:00pm on Monday, December 1, 2014 at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel.

Mass will be held at 10:00am on Tuesday, December 2, 2014, at St. Mary Catholic Church with Father Joey Faylona, officiating. Burial will follow in Calvary Catholic Cemetery under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home.

Anita Dietz Hernandez, 78 joined her Heavenly family on her mother’s birthday Thursday, November 27, 2014 in the presence of her loving family. Anita was born on July 15, 1936 in San Angelo to William Edward and Mary (Enriquez) Dietz. She was a very hard worker; she started out picking cotton at the age of 13, worked for many years at Ethicon and for 15 years as a dedicated caregiver. Anita was a life-long St. Joseph Catholic Church member. Anita enjoyed spending time with her family. Her hobbies included gardening and she could grow any flower, antique shopping, and dancing. She was the best dancer in the family and loved Tejano music. She enjoyed sitting on the porch having her coffee and cigarettes.
Pallbearers will be David Blake, Louis Torres, Deon Martinez, Ernest Montano, Justin De La Rosa and Steven Rivera.
She is preceded in death by parents, daughter, Anna Martinez; son, Donnell Torres, two brothers; Ralph Dietz and Donnell Dietz, great-grandson; Jon-Derrick Fierro.
Survived by: children, Rosie Montano, Louis Torres both of San Angelo, and David H. Blake Jr. of Tacoma, WA, siblings, Fred and Odelia Dietz, Edward and Leonore Dietz, Mary Dietz all of San Angelo, and 16 grandchildren, numerous great and great great-grandchildren.
Our family wishes to extend a special thank you to all the caregivers, nurses, and organizations that provided her loving care at the end of her life.
