Mims Doris P.

Dorris Lavergne Prager Mims, 90, passed on October 19, 2015 at Regency House in San Angelo, Texas. Her beloved husband, Larry Fred Mims, precedes her in death.

Dorris was a longtime member of the First United Methodist church in Junction, Texas. She loved her family, church, and music. She was a celebrated cook and generous woman.

Dorris is survived by her children: Kelly B. Mims of Early, Texas; Jo Ellen Mims Anderson of Conway, Arkansas; Scott A. and Janice L. Mims of San Angelo, Texas; Barbara A. Mims Franklin and David of Crosby, Texas; and David L. and Wendy Province Mims of Wimberley, Texas.

Dorris is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Friday, October 23, 2015 at Kimble Funeral Home with interment to follow in the Junction City Cemetery.
Visitation will be held 6-8:00 PM, Thursday, October 22, 2015 at Kimble Funeral Home.

Arrangements are under the direction and personal care of the professionals at Kimble Funeral Home. (325) 446-3076

Michael Robert Kohles

Michael Robert Kohles 67, passed away Friday, October 9, 2015. Graveside service will be 3 PM Sunday, October 18, 2015 at Harriett Community Cemetery with Pastor Diane Eggemeyer officiating. Services are with Robert Massie Funeral Home.

Michael was born on April 27, 1948 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Alvin and JoAnn Kohles. He married Audrey Woodlee on May 11, 1985. Michael enjoyed being outdoors, from hunting and fishing to raising and tending to his livestock. He loved his granddaughter, Naomi, very dearly.

He was preceded in death by his parents and wife Audrey.

Survived by: son James Kohles, granddaughter Naomi Kohles both of San Angelo, brothers Jack Kohles and wife Debora of Preston, ID, and Richard Kohles of Sandy, UT, and sister Nancy Kohles.

Amado Huerta, 84, of San Angelo, passed away on October 19, 2015 in San Angelo.
A Rosary will be read at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday at Gutierrez Funeral Chapels/North. Funeral Mass will be on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with Fr. Emilio Sosa, pastor, officiating. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery under the direction of Gutierrez Funeral Chapels/North.
Survivors include his son, Angel Huerta and daughters; Mary Huerta, Mary Elena Huerta McFatridge, Sylvia Blanco and Geneva Alcala.
