Snow and freezing rain accumulations of one to three inches is forecast for the area and the conditions will allow for a hard freezing glaze of ice on area roadways.
An upper level low pressure trough over New Mexico Sunday morning will track from west to east across the area late Sunday bringing the chance for showers and thunderstorms.
