The forecast calls for a dry Saturday afternoon which is good news for those attending the Cinch Roping Fiesta in the outdoor arena at the San Angelo Fairgrounds.
According to the NWS, .33 of an inch had fallen at the airport by 7 a.m. with much more expected. 1 to 3 inches and higher amounts of rain are expected by sundown Wednesday.
