A 33-year-old Mexican national known as "El Barbas" was found in possession of 6.8 grams of crystal meth and was facing an active warrant for aggravated extortion. He has accrued charges including homicide, attempted homicide, aggravated assault, aggravated robbery, and possession/distribution of narcotics.
