Court records show Rusty Hinson was indicted by a Tom Green Co. Grand Jury for three counts of Theft of Property in March of 2023. He is accused of taking between $2,500 and $30,000 cash from Dane Green.
On Sunday, November 26, 2023, deputies were dispatched and learned that a 46-year-old man had sustained a stab wound from a physical altercation with a 32-year-old man.
