Wadsworth Steven Tyler

06/11/2014 - 12:06 , by johnb

Steven Tyler Wadsworth was called home on June 7, 2014.

Family visitation will be 6:00 – 8:00pm Friday June 13, 2014 at Robert Massie Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be 10:00am Saturday June 14, 2014 at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel. Burial will follow at Millersview Cemetery under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home.

Tyler as we all knew him lived life to the fullest, treating every minute as if it were his last. He was a loving and caring man. He loved his mom, Carla Wadsworth and his dad, Steven Wadsworth. He worshiped his brother and best friend, Travis Wadsworth.

Tyler was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents; Carlton and Linda Newman and his paternal grandfather; Doug Wadsworth.

Tyler leaves behind many loved ones, his mother; Carla Wadsworth and stepfather and dear friend; Keith Robinson, father; Steve Wadsworth, a brother; Travis Wadsworth, and a sister; Kisha Robinson, 4 nieces and nephews, a grandmother; Nell Wadsworth, aunts and uncles; Kay and Wayne Miller, Debbie and Gregg Bishop and Susan Price and numerous cousins.

Tyler was a “Master Wordsman”. A character in his own right; He loved to laugh and tell stories with friends and family reminiscing at the times together. Needless to say; Tyler attracted more women than an shoe sale at Macy’s. There isn’t enough space here to list all the special women in Tyler’s life. He did have a strong love affair with motocross, traveling, music and a “cold one” now and again. He took great pride in in his car, hair and “swag” as he would say. Tyler took fashion cues from no one, with his signature hair, popped up baseball hat and electric smile.

With a love for his family, friends, the open road, sports, fast cars and the freedom of life; Tyler was always the clown, the funny guy. Always making everyone else around him smile.

So, now he would want us to smile, laugh and tell stories of our times with him, remembering we are blessed by the brief time that we shared with him. He was a man with amazing power to touch and change our lives forever. Stephen Tyler Wadsworth, we love you and thank you for the love, smiles and memories you gave us.

Always in our hearts!
