Dahlia lived an exciting, well-traveled life. During World War II she managed a manufacturing division for a major aircraft manufacturer of bombers and after her marriage she worked with Dr. Warner von Braun and his team as administrative assistant to the head of the Nike missile program at White Sands proving ground. Following that she served as wife and social coordinator to her husband during his career as a foreign service officer serving in Santiago, Chile; San Jose, Costa Rica; Saigon, Vietnam; Seoul, Korea and finally in Washington DC when her husband was the liaison officer between Secretary of State Henry Kissinger and Sec. of agriculture Earl Butz.
She will be greatly missed and always on our hearts. Was a phenomenal wife, mother and much loved grand and great-grandmother. She touched the lives of all who knew her.
