The City of San Angelo's Health Department reported another 223 new cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday.

During Tuesday's city council meeting, Midland council members overwhelming voted against a mask ordinance.

According to the San Angelo Health Department, the patient has been identified as a male in his 80s. The patient is a resident of Tom Green County. The COVID-19 death total is at 112 as of today, Nov. 17, 2020.
