Midland Approves Funding For Expanded COVID-19 Testing

 

MIDLAND, TX -- As cities continue grappling with the rise in coronavirus cases, the City of Midland had voted to extend COVID-19 testing hours.

During a November 9th meeting, the city council voted to approve funding for Midland Health to allow the expansion of COVID-19 testing for the community.

Beginning November 17, the  West Campus drive-thru testing site will be open during new hours.

Monday to Friday

  • 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
  • 12:30 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Saturday

  • 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Citizens who believe they may have been exposed or are symptomatic of COVID-19 is asked to call 68Nurse to schedule an appointment to be tested at the drive-thru site. The 68Nurse can be reached at (432) 686-8773.
