Van Horn Mayor, Rebecca L. Brewster, has declared a state of disaster after the U.S. Border Patrol Big Bend Sector apprehended 115 illegal immigrants in Van Horn.
“Luckily no drugs or alcohol were involved,” said a San Angelo Police Department officer Tuesday night following a rollover crash on the southwest side of town.
On Tuesday morning, the D.A.'s office began presenting evidence in the case against Roberto Arambula. Arambula is facing a murder charge after he allegedly fatally stabbed Rhyheme Talton early last year.
The Snyder Police Department confirmed Tuesday that the 27-year-old found unconscious last week in a Snyder apartment complex next to a deceased baby will now face a capital murder charge.
