Tom Green County Judge Steve Floyd should consider rescinding the Covid emergency here, too. Covid-19 hospitalizations and new infections have dwindled to a trickle here where only 14 new cases were added to the rolls on Friday, Feb. 26. Only 16 are hospitalized, down from over a 100 hospitalizations during the peak of the pandemic just months ago.
