Cynthia (Cindy) Kathryn Moon was given a place at the Banquet Table of the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. Cindy entered into the Lord’s presence on Friday, December 18th, 2020. 
She was born on December 3, 1956, to Janie Kathryn and Oscar Dwain (Hoot) Carr in Big Lake, TX., where she lived for most of her life. There, she studied to become a RN at Howard College and later became the director of nurses and passed on her love and knowledge to many. She met Donald (Duck) Clark Moon, and they were married on April 30, 1983. They were partners in life and ministry which led them far and wide around the world. The two had two wonderful children, Heather and David, and seven fabulous grandchildren. Cindy began a personal relationship with her Lord and Savior as a young adult which led to the cultivation of a servant’s heart that was demonstrated through her love of cooking for hundreds and hundreds. “Mamoon” had a deep love for family: immediate, extended, and adopted. Her boundless love for all knew no end. 
Preceded in death by her mother Janie Carr and father Oscar Carr. Cindy Is survived by her beloved husband of 38 years, Donald Moon, daughter Heather Siegenthaler (wife Lyndsay) of Midland TX., son David Moon (wife Wendy) of San Angelo, TX., grandchildren Jade, Taylor, Isaiah, Tristan, Cutter, Rylie, and Kirsten, brother John Davis (Dave) Carr of Brownwood, TX. , and by a very large extended family. As a wife, mom, grandmother, nurse, and cook, Mamoon will be missed by many. 

Arrangements are under the management of Harper Funeral Home in San Angelo, TX where visitation is scheduled for Monday, December 21st from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at 2606 Southland Blvd. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 22nd at 11:00 a.m at Paulann Church 2531 Smith Blvd. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to Concho Valley Biblical Counseling Center at 2601 Freeland San Angelo, TX 76901.

Daniel Chavez Ruiz, 88 years old, of San Angelo, TX passed away on December 18, 2020 with his family by his side.  
He is preceded in death by his parents, Gonzalo and Guadalupe Ruiz, a daughter, Dorielia Ruiz, a son Javier Ruiz and one grandchild, Jerimiah Ruiz. 
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Ninfa Ruiz, his children, son Daniel Ruiz and wife Roseanne, daughter Irma Rodriguez and husband John, daughter Rosalinda Rodriguez and husband Robert, son, Jose Ruiz, and daughter Sandy Kolb and husband Andy. 14 grandkids, 12 great grandchildren, five great great grandchildren. 
He worked for Darling International and San Angelo By-Products for 41 years as a Foreman. 
The family wishes to thank the doctors and 5 North Tower staff at Shannon Medical Center, and a very special thank you to a special nurse Danielle for her kindness and love. 
Rosary will take place on Sunday, December 20, 2020 at Harper Funeral Home at 6:00 pm. A private mass for his immediate family and law enforcement family will be held on Monday, December 21, 2020 at St. Margaret’s Catholic Church at 1030 am.
