Suspect Arrested In Convenience Store Murder

MIDLAND, TX -- The Midland Police Department has confirmed they have made an arrest in the murder of 20-year-old Santonio Griffin.

Griffin was shot to death last Monday at the DK Convenience store in Midland.

During the investigation, police identified 18-year-old Stewart Reyes as a suspect in the case.

On Thursday afternoon, Reyes was pulled over by a K9 officer. Officers located narcotics and a gun in the vehicle.
