From Child Abuse to Possession Here's October's Indictments

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Sixty-three people were indicted by the Tom Green County Grand Jury in October. 

Indictments included continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14, manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, and robbery. 

The following were indicted by the Tom Green County during October 2019: 

  • Erica Barron was indicted for forgery of a financial instrument. 
  • David Bradshaw was indicted for possession of a controlled substance PG1. 
  • Ernest Guerra was indicted for possession of a controlled substance PG1. 
  • Simon Hernandez was indicted for possession of a controlled substance PG1. 
  • Phillip Lara was indicted for assault to a family/household member with a previous conviction. 
  • Jason Murrell was indicted for abandoning/endangering a child with intent to return. 
  • Leonardo Rios was arrested for possession of a controlled substance PG1. 
  • Emily Rowland was indicted for possession of a controlled substance PG1.

  • Aaron Dungey was indicted for credit card or debit card abuse. 
  • Eric Garcia was indicted for possession of a controlled substance PG1. 
  • Efren Gloria was indicted for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. 
  • Billy Hamm was indicted for burglary of a building. 
  • Monroe Lacy was indicted for burglary of a building. 
  • Jody Malone was indicted for possession of a controlled substance PG1. 
  • Carmel Mata was indicted for evading arrest with a vehicle. 
  • Lonnie McCambry was indicted for possession of a controlled substance PG1. 
  • Shandi Moolhuysen was indicted for injury of a child/elderly/disabled with intent to cause bodily injury. 
  • Justin Redus was indicted for unauthorized use of a vehicle. 
  • Christopher Reyes was indicted for assault to a peace officer/judge. 
  • Justin Rivera was indicted for theft of a property more than $2,500 but less than $30,000. 
  • Malachi Rock was indicted for theft of a firearm. 
  • David Sandoval was indicted for assault to a family/household member with a previous conviction. 
  • Miguel Serrano was indicted for evading arrest with a vehicle and possession of a controlled substance PG1.
