Thirsty Thursday: Woman Breaks into Home to Steal Beer

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- A woman was arrested yesterday for breaking into a house to steal beer. 

According to the San Angelo Police Department, on August 8 the San Angelo Police Department were dispatched to the 1500 block of North Irving for the report of a burglar. 

When they arrived they spoke with people inside the house, who were home at the time, about what happened. They informed officers that a woman had came into their home and stole their beer. 

Police later found the woman and identified her as 29-year-old Janessa Swinford. She was found at 18th and Chadbourne with one of the beers still in her possession. 

Swinford was arrested and charged with burglary of a habitation. She is currently in the Tom Green County Jail and her bond is set at $25,000.
