San Angelo Firefighters were dispatched to a structure fire call around 4 a.m. Tuesday morning at the corner of N. Van Burn St. and Martin St. just one block west of Austin Elementary School just days before classes begin.
Reports indicate Espinoza was intoxicated and driving an SUV which ran a stop sign and crashed into a pickup which then crashed into a golf cart with six people on board.
