OZONA, TX — A Crockett County grand jury in Ozona handed down a 14-count Capital Murder indictment and a separate 22-count indictment for smuggling of persons with a likelihood of causing death and with a firearm against the Ozona Coyote, Rassian Nateray Comer of Bossier City, Louisiana, on June 13. We obtained copies of both indictments Friday afternoon.
