Standard Conversation in Effect — Nov. 1 through March 31: Water yards once every seven days. Allowable application rates: up to 1 inch per week. Prohibited watering hours: noon to 6 p.m. Hand watering of lawns, gardens, landscape areas, trees, shrubs or other plants being grown outdoors or foundations may be done on any day, except during the prohibited watering hours of noon to 6 p.m., provided the allowable application rate of 1 inch per week is not exceeded. Police Solve Two Recent Vehicle Burglary Cases

SAN ANGELO, TX — San Angelo police solved at least two vehicle burglary cases today. According to police, a man was taken into custody after a patrol officer made contact with the man walking down Sherwood Way early in the morning on Saturday at 2:30 a.m. After the officer identified the man, he found the man had multiple city warrants.

Fort Concho to Host Archaeology Fair This Weekend

Fort Concho will host the annual Archaeology Fair from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, on the grounds and inside Barracks 6 and Commissary buildings at the site’s northeast corner off Flipper Street at East Avenue C. Members of the Concho Valley Archaeology Society will have dozens of interactive activities such as mock digs, ancient bow and arrow shootings, face painting, atlatl throwing and rock art. The event is free to all.

Dangerous Midland Fugitive Added to Texas Top 10 Most Wanted

Antonio Martinez Gonzalez, 41, is affiliated with the West Texas Tango gang and has been wanted since February 2021, after the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a warrant for his arrest for a parole violation. In May 2021, the Midland County Sheriff’s Office also issued a warrant for his arrest for assault by impeding breath/circulation.
