City of San Angelo

Standard Conservation in Effect — San Angelo is in standard conservation, which restricts outside watering to twice every seven days at no more than one inch per week from April 1 through Oct. 31. Watering is prohibited between the hours of noon and 6 p.m. during these months. Runoff of more than 150 feet down any street, gutter, alley or ditch is also prohibited. More instructions are at the City of San Angelo.

A powerful explosion rocked a historic hotel in Fort Worth, Texas, on Monday, shattering windows, scattering substantial portions of debris onto downtown streets, and causing injuries to 21 individuals, with one reported to be in critical condition, authorities confirmed.

Cruz Bolanos, 18, had an outstanding felony arrest warrant issued by the McAllen Police Department for online solicitation of a minor. Pedroza Diaz,77, was the subject of an outstanding felony arrest warrant issued by the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office for sexual abuse of a child.
