Haile H.S.

H.S. Haile, the son of Ola Mae and Morris Haile, was born on June 29, 1936. H.S. was born and raised in Texas and always thought of himself as a proud Texan and Christian. He passed away on December 21, 2013 of natural causes.
As a child, he lived in Ballinger and San Angelo, TX and he graduated from Lakeview High School. He served in the United States Army in the 1950's. He was in the 160th Engineer Group, was ranked Specialist 3rd Class and was stationed in Fort Knox, Kentucky. He married Geraldine Weddle in San Angelo, TX in 1959. He worked for Pennzoil Sulphur, as a driller for 21 years. H.S. was City Councilman in Toyah, TX for 10 years. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, arrowhead hunting and poker. He enjoyed going to auctions and collecting antiques. He was an avid outdoors man and enjoyed being outside in nature.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Ola Mae and Morris Haile and his son, Mark Haile. He is survived by his wife, Geraldine; his 2 sons, Michael Haile of Austin and Jeffrey Haile of San Angelo: a daughter, Sheila Hull and husband, Billy. H.S. is also survived by his 6 grandchildren, Jessica and Tera Haile of Austin, Derek Hull of Junction, Amber Hull of San Angelo, Ashley Haile of College Station, Brooklyn Graham of Fredericksburg; and one great- grandchild, Laikyn Grace Hull.
The funeral service will be held at Johnson's Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, December 26, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with an interment to follow at Fairmount Cemetery. The pallbearers will be Randy McAllister, Dwayne McAllister, Dennis Whitlock, Jerry Vincent, Derek Hull, and Louis Elliot.

Davis Adelyne Mae

Adelyne Mae Davis, known to family and friends as Lynn, came into this world on May 8, 1927 at Sioux Falls, S.D. Lynn died on December 22, 2013 at Shannon Hospital. 
Lynn was adopted by the Rev. Leeds and Myrtle Greene, who preceded her in death. During her lifetime Lynn worked as a banker, barber, bookkeeper and income tax preparer. In 1978 she met Lee "Shorty" Davis and there were married in 1982 in San Angelo. They lived in Portal, AZ until 1996 when he was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease and moved to San Angelo. 
After his death in July 2000, Lynn continued to be active in the Alzheimer's Assoc. and Hospice of San Angelo Support Groups and was a volunteer at the San Angelo Alzheimer's Assoc. office until her health no longer allowed her to do so. 
She is survived by her cousins Gloria Holden and John Meyer, brother in law and sister in law, James and. Maggie Davis. Lynn had a very close knit group of friends, Robert and Jeanne and their children Michaela and Matt, Nancy, Durven, Ruth, Emmett, Billy, Sally, Jo, Naomi, Diana, Bertie, Nancy & Bob and Deidre and Tony. A very special thank you to Shannon Medical Center ER, ICU and 4 South for their exceptional and compassionate care for Lynn. Also, to the staff at Baptist Memorial for the care provided over the past year and many months. 
Graveside services will be held on Dec. 24, 2013 in. the Eldorado Cemetery at 1 p.m. under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home. 
In lieu of flowers, a memorial may be made to Hospice of San Angelo, Inc, PO Box 471., San Angelo, Texas 76902. 
Lynn has lived a wonderful and colorful life; she will be greatly missed and always remembered. Rest in Peace, sweet Lynn, until we meet again. "We have each other, for each other,.,"

McAda Mackie M.

Mackie M. McAda 68, passed away surrounded by his family on Saturday December 21, 2013 at his residence.

Friends may come pay respects and sign the register at Robert Massie Funeral Home from 10:00am to 8:00pm Friday December 27, 2013.

Graveside services will be 2:00pm Saturday December 28, 2013 at Wall Protestant Cemetery with Dr. Tommy King of Johnson Street Church of Christ, officiating. Arrangements are with Robert Massie Funeral Home.

Mackie was born August 29, 1945 in San Angelo to Bill and Pirla (Poss) McAda.

Mackie married Barbara Rushing Brown in San Angelo, TX., on June 9, 1995. Mackie took pride in his jobs as a firefighter and was a talented carpenter. He retired as a lieutenant for the San Angelo Fire Department after 31 years of service.

In his younger years; he raced cars on the local and state dirt tracks. Mackie loved life in general from golfing, snow skiing, riding his Harley Davidson and sitting around talking. He and his wife, Barbara in recent years loved motorcycle riding and boating together. Mackie was a true McAda, almost always as stubborn as the rest of the McAda’s.

Mackie loved his children and grandchildren dearly. We love you and will miss you, Mackie.

He is preceded in death by his father; Bill McAda.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara McAda; mother, Pirla McAda; son, Mitch McAda and fiancé, Jenny Campassi; all of San Angelo; daughter, Wendy Aguirre and husband, Tony of Arlington; three brothers: Jim Bob McAda and wife, Dixie; Brent McAda and wife, Barbara and Kerry McAda and wife, Diane; all of San Angelo, grandchildren, Candis Chastain of Wichita Falls; Brittney Chastain of Austin; Megan, Madie and Gunner McAda all of Miles, TX., great grandson, Kasen Chastain of Austin and two stepsons, Lance and Cory Brown of Oregon, numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of San Angelo at 36 E Twohig Ave, San Angelo, TX 76903.
