Alyssa Ashley Glasgow at the age of 27 was taken from us entirely too soon on June 21, 2020.

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held on Thursday, June 25th at Robert Massie Funeral Home Riverside Chapel. Because of the COVID Virus the funeral home must abide by the 75 percent occupancy rule and for that reason the memorial service will be live streamed. Please check back here for the link on Thursday. The live stream will begin 5 minutes prior to service time.

Alyssa burst into the world on September 24, 1992, in Texarkana to her parents Mitchell Ellis and Dawn Caver. She was a spit fire from the time she arrived. Alyssa was active throughout high school as a cheerleader and various other activities. She graduated from Ashdown High School in 2011.

She was bubbly, outgoing and a lover of all people. Alyssa never met a stranger and brightened the world of everyone around her. She was even the face of The Sassy Fox Boutique for a time. A welder, by trade she was a trendsetter. Alyssa had a strong affinity for animals and was always caring for and protecting them. Her world though revolved around her two children, Aurora and Eli. She was crazy in love with them and ever so proud to be their mother. They brought her unending joy and were the light of her life.

Alyssa was preceded in death by her brother, Jerad Ellis and by her grandmother, Leigh Byrd.

Left to cherish her love and memory are her two children, Aurora and Eli; her mother, Dawn Reynolds and her husband Mark of Arkansas; her father Mitch Ellis and his wife Cari of Christoval; her siblings, Jade Ellis, Zack Ellis, Josh Reynolds, and Kayla Woods; her grandfather, Jerry Byrd; her grandmother, Evelyn Caver; the love of her life, Jon Hovorak; the father of her children and her dear friend, Craig Glasgow; and her precious fur-babies, Luna and Diesel.

The family would like to extend their deep appreciation for the outpour of love and support given to them during this very difficult period. Your kind words and deeds will never be forgotten and will live on as part of Alyssa’s all too brief but amazing legacy of life.

Martha Kay Sanchez, age 62 of Marion, Texas passed away peacefully on June 19, 2020, in San Angelo.

Martha was born on September 25, 1957. She was known by many as "Aunt Kay" and also had the nickname KatyBell. She was a waitress in her early years and then began her own cleaning business for many years. She retired from her company to help care for her mother. Martha was known for her huge heart, she never met a stranger and loved everyone she met, even greater than her love for people was her love for animals, especially dogs.

She was a keeper and collector of all things over the years from pennies to family keepsakes and all things Elvis, music and chocolate. She recently found she had a joy for motorcycle riding with her new love Tim and was happiest with her fur-babies, Starr, Bailey, Rascal and Annie.

Martha was preceded in death by her husband of forty years, Jesse Sanchez; her father, Bobby Dean Davis; her mother, Mary Jo Smith; her grandfather, Granville Jay Lilly; her grandmother, Ruby Pearl Lilly; her brother-in-law, Frank Sanchez; and a nephew, Dustin Alexander Jack.

Left behind to cherish her memory as her sisters, Carolyn and husband Ray Harris, Elizabeth and husband Karl Tyson; her brothers, Caylor and wife Irma Davis, Jay Davis, Bill and his wife Patsy Davis; sister-in-law, Deborah and her husband Erwin Ullrich; nieces and nephews, Franny, Bryan, Nicki, Lacy, Kriston, Ashley, Heather, Celeste, Kimberly, Frankie, Ileana, Naomi, Paul and April; many great nieces and nephews; her very dear friends, Marilyn Sue Marlow and Kimberly Jo Smith; her new love, Tim Duniohin and his children, Gennie, Elizabeth, Justin, David and Julian; and Tim's grandchildren, Angelia, Adaliane, Ashton and one on the way.

Martha Kay brought joy to everyone who knew her and will be dearly missed.

A service to celebrate Martha's life will be held at a future date.

David Lee Montgomery, Jr., 65, of San Angelo went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, June 15, 2020 in San Angelo. David was born May 7, 1955 in St. Louis, MO to David Lee Montgomery, Sr., and Alvester Cowsen Montgomery. He grew up in East St. Louis, Illinois and graduated from Lincoln Senior High School in 1972. David worked various jobs after high school eventually becoming a welder by trade. He worked for several companies, including Carter Steel and more locally Hirschfield Steel. He married Lynetta Kennedy in 1980 and they shared 40 beautiful years of marriage together. David confessed Christ at an early age in Illinois at Macedonia Baptist Church. He loved the Lord and had strong faith in Him. He was blessed with a talent in music and frequently enjoyed playing his keyboard and guitar for his family and friends. David was a loving son, brother, husband, father, and grandfather who devoted his life to his Lord and his family. He loved spending time with his family and friends, especially for cook outs and he enjoyed socializing with people and had a tremendous sense of humor. David’s love for the Lord, his family and his passion for music will remain in our hearts forever and we will dearly miss him! He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Lynetta, and one sister Alice Holbert. David is survived by his son, David Wess Montgomery, of Jacksonville, IL; his daughter, Sherra Montgomery, of Jacksonville IL; his step son, Kenyetta Kennedy, of Jacksonville, IL; his granddaughter, Autumn Montgomery; 2 brothers, Larry Montgomery and his wife Beatrice, of San Angelo, and Arthur Montgomery, of San Angelo; his sister, Marilyn Moore and her husband Larry, of San Angelo; his nephews, Shontez Montgomery and Harlee Gigger; his nieces, Shanae Falsola, and Crystal Montgomery. He is also survived by a host of great nephews and great nieces and cousins. Kevin Koll was brought into this world on May 13, 1972 in San Antonio, Texas. On June 8th God called Kevin home to his Kingdom in Heaven.

Kevin was raised in Katy, Texas. He was active in sports excelling in football, baseball, basketball, tennis and track. Kevin. was born with a God given talent for music and began to teach himself to play the guitar in the sixth grade. This musical talent culminated in a lifetime of musical experiences that touched many people over the years. Kevin graduated from Katy High School in 1990 and continued his education at Arizona State University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree before returning home to Katy where he thrived in the Real Estate industry.

In 2004 Kevin met the love of his life, Mindi. They were a match made in Heaven and completely inseparable. They wed on July 22, 2006 at their home with their closest loved ones and honeymooned in Italy. In typical Kevin style, five years later, he asked Mindi to marry him again. The two of them truly lived a fairy tale love story. Kevin would sing to Mindi daily, and never let a day go by without telling her how beautiful she was and how much he loved her.

Kevin and Mindi have five beautiful children, Aspen, Alex, Lilli, Sammy, and Addison. Kevin was an outstanding father making sure to be there for all the special moments in his children’s lives. Positivity was the Kevin way and coaching the kids in sports as well as life lessons was his lifelong passion. Mindi and the kids were his world and family always came first for Kevin.

Kevin was very active in his community here in San Angelo which the family made home for the last 5 years. Kevin made many lasting friends with his many activities and shared his love for music with all playing in several bands throughout the years. Kevin coached volleyball at the YMCA, played and coached his daughter in Tennis at the Bentwood Country Club, and was a member of the San Angelo Rodeo Committee.

Kevin never met a stranger and has touched the lives of many with his unconditional love, generosity, and kindness. He has left a testimony of kindness behind. He will be forever missed and will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Kevin is proceeded in death by his grandparents and his mother Rae Nell Taylor. Kevin is survived by his wife, Mindi Koll, their five children, Aspen, Alex, Lilli, Sammy, and Addison, his father, Larry Taylor, his brothers Chris Koll and Jeff Koll, and his sister Kathi Thompson.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Kevin on Saturday, June 20th at the Bentwood Country Club from 2-4pm.

Gussie Ruth Schneider passed away Thursday morning, April 30, 2020 at the Robert Lee Care Center in Robert Lee, Texas. She was 86 years old. A memorial service will be held at Harper Funeral Home on June 25, 2020 at 10:00 AM and will be officiated by Tommy King. Graveside inurnment will follow at 3:00 P.M., at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Ozona, Texas. 
Gussie was born on September 20, 1933 in Ozona, Texas, the youngest child of John “App” and Oma Sparks. Gussie was preceded in death by her parents, her older sister, Florence, and her twin brothers, Burl and Earl. 
During her years at Ozona High School, Gussie was a popular student with a witty disposition and a beautiful countenance. Her participation on the High School Twirl team was but one demonstration of her outgoing personality. 
After High School, Gussie went to work at the Post Office in Ozona where she met Charles Schneider. They were married on May 2, 1952 at the Ozona Church of Christ in the Granny Miller Hall. She and Charles raised their two sons, Mike and Ronnie, in a Christian home and were dedicated members of the Ozona Church of Christ. 
As a stay-at-home mom, Gussie had time to flit around town and visit with anyone she met along the way. She always had a never-ending supply of funny stories to tell about the colorful West Texas characters she knew in Ozona. Her laugh, her smile, her charm, and exuberance for life were well-known and often seen by most Ozona folks. 
After Charles’ retirement in 1990, the couple moved to San Angelo in 1994. They were, for many years, faithful and well-known members of the 9th and Main Church of Christ. Charles preceded Gussie in death on July 31, 2016. 
Gussie is survived by her sons; Mike and wife Stephanie of Cheyenne, WY and Ronnie and wife Kelly of San Angelo, granddaughters; Jessica Schneider of Cheyenne, WY and Kathy Schneider of San Angelo, great-grandchildren; Brock and Micaela Huntington of Cheyenne and Kais Schneider of San Angelo. 
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Dr. Dusty Anderton and Penny Griffin for the care they gave Gussie for many years and to the nurses and staff at the Springs, the Robert Lee Care Center and Kindred Hospice. Also special thanks to Tiffany at RLCC and Veronica at Kindred.

Jacqueline "Jackie" (Jackson) Conaway 
Jackie was born on August 24, 1946, in Ringgold, GA, to William and Margaret Jackson. She was a 1965 graduate of Cartersville High School in Cartersville, GA. She married Raye Conaway in 1968 in Ft. Hood, TX. They have three children, Stewart, John, and Raye Jr. She was initially baptized Catholic but changed her denomination to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and was baptized in 1985 while stationed with her husband in Nuremberg, Germany. 
Jackie was a licensed cosmetologist after attending beauty school in 1965 and was a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) after attending the Great Plains Technology Center in Lawton, OK, in 1975. She was a nurse at the San Angelo Community Medical Center, San Angelo, TX, from 1988 until her retirement in 2007. She worked on the OB/GYN and pediatric wards attending to and caring for the many children and babies born there. 
Jackie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who loved watching the Price Is Right and watching anything that dealt with alien conspiracies. She loved spending time with her grandchildren especially when making spaghetti for them. One of her many interests included Native American art and collecting many things like tiny baby dolls, and decorative teaspoons. 
Jackie is survived by her husband, Raye Conaway, Sr., of San Angelo, TX; children, Stewart Conaway of Centennial, CO, John Conaway of San Angelo, TX, and Raye Conaway, Jr., of San Angelo, TX; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; her siblings, twin brother William (Bill) Jackson of Woodstock, GA, Patricia (Pat) Beck of Jamestown, TN, and John Jackson, of Graham, WA, and many in-laws, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Linda King. 
Jacqueline will be available for viewing from 8:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M., Friday, June 19, 2020 at Harper Funeral Home. There will be a visitation beginning at 9:00 A.M., Saturday, June 20, 2020 followed by the Funeral Service at 10:00 AM on Saturday, at the Church of Jesus Christ Latter-Day Saints on Southwest Blvd. in San Angelo. Interment will follow at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens.
