Tuesday the City Council shall do the following according to the Charter:
1) adopt the ordinance
2) reject the ordinance
3) pass the ordinance in an amended form from that presented in the petition
Following that action, the Initiating Committee may require the ordinance be submitted to a vote of the voters.
Houston County Lake then followed suit Saturday afternoon Feb. 19 with its first Legacy Class fish since 1990 and in the process became the second consecutive waterbody to record a Legacy fish after a lengthy absence.
