A soupy fog permeated the 2022 UIL Texas High School football semifinals on Friday night, Dec. 9, where the Canadian Wildcats battled the Gunter Tigers at Wildcat Stadium in Abilene at 6 p.m.
The San Angelo Central Lady Cats Basketball game's tip-off time against Midland Greenwood on Friday, Dec. 9, has been moved up. Previously scheduled at 6:15 p.m., the game will now start at 5 p.m.
TCU Quarterback Max Duggan won the Davey O'Brien Award. Duggan is the first TCU quarterback to ever win the award that is named after TCU legend Davey O'Brien.
