College Hills Boulevard will soon be undergoing long-awaited improvements, including sewer and water line replacements, a new underground drainage system, as well as new asphalt paving, sidewalks and curbing.
Karen Hesse-Smith was elected in a special election Jan. 29 to fill the unexpired term of Single Member District 5 councilman Lane Carter who resigned to run for Tom Green County Judge.
