Tuesday the City Council shall do the following according to the Charter:
1) adopt the ordinance
2) reject the ordinance
3) pass the ordinance in an amended form from that presented in the petition
Following that action, the Initiating Committee may require the ordinance be submitted to a vote of the voters.
