It would seem that Joe Hyde 's recap favors Brenda Guntner .By telling everyone that obtaining enough signatures is impossible and that only appears that the City Council only appears corrupt because it does not enforce the sign laws on the old Cactus sign.We all know there is no corruption only the good old boys of San Angelo still running the town as they see fit .......................

PermalinkI bet 2000 witnessed and notorized signatures could be obtained by Bariou's efforts. The hard part would be getting the city clerk to print the necessary papers!
