The San Angelo YMCA will hold its annual Halloween at the Y on Oct. 28 from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. The majority of the event will be held in the YMCA parking lot, W. Concho at S. Randolph. Inside the Y, organizers are planning a haunted house experience.
