52-year-old Jessie Joe Fitchett of San Angelo was arrested Tuesday by Tom Green County Sheriff's Deputies on a Warrant of Tarrant County for Sexual Assault.
As we reported exclusively Monday, Selena Banon, 27, was arrested on a Grand Jury Indictment for Manslaughter. She was booked into jail at 10:58 a.m. Monday. She is being held without bond by order of the 51st District Court.
