City of San Angelo

Standard Conservation in Effect — San Angelo is in standard conservation, which restricts outside watering to ONCE every seven days at no more than one inch per week from Nov. 1 through Mar. 31. Watering is prohibited between the hours of noon and 6 p.m. during these months. Runoff of more than 150 feet down any street, gutter, alley or ditch is also prohibited. More instructions are at the City of San Angelo.

Hope they wrote her big ol ticket, i see morons doing their so called yield/merge all the time and no cops around.  Apparently POPO does not enforce this because of good ol boy under the table handshake between insurance companies and the POPO.

Sales Tax Revenue Receipts Show San Angelo is Slowly Growing

AUSTIN, TX — Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar announced today that cities, counties, transit systems, and special purpose districts will receive $1.1 billion in local sales tax allocations for March, reflecting a 10.2% increase compared to March 2024. These allocations are based on sales made in January by businesses that report tax monthly.
