ALPINE, TX — The No. 19 Angelo State Rams look to keep their momentum rolling as they hit the road for a Lone Star Conference matchup against Sul Ross State on Saturday night at Jackson Field. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m., with live coverage available on FloCollege, Rams Radio Network, and Live Stats.
Last time out, the Rams snapped a two-game skid in commanding fashion, defeating Midwestern State 48-24 on homecoming night in San Angelo. Quarterbacks Braeden Fuller and Kaeden Smith combined for five total touchdowns, while Cameron Dischler exploded for 165 total yards on just 11 touches.
Special teams played a major role in the victory. Caine Elroy blocked a punt recovered by Eugene Liger in the end zone for a touchdown, and Alan Dobbins returned an onside kick 45 yards for another score late in the fourth quarter.

The Sul Ross State Lobos enter the weekend 0-7 overall and 0-5 in LSC play, extending their losing streak to nine games dating back to November 2024.
Despite their record, the Lobos put up a fight last week, falling just short in a 45-42 loss to Western New Mexico. Quarterback Kye Callicoatte led the offense with 203 passing yards, one touchdown, and 77 rushing yards with two scores.
