SAN ANGELO, TX - The Mini Miss Wool Pageant, celebrating San Angelo’s wool heritage, will be held November 8-9, 2024, at the Brooks & Bates Theatre, according to Downtown San Angelo.
The event, a tribute to the original Miss Wool Pageant from the 1950s, features two age divisions: 6-8 and 9-11. Contestants will be judged in categories including personal interview, western wear, natural wear, and talent.
Festivities begin on Friday, November 8, with food, drinks, live music, and educational displays. The main event will take place on Saturday, November 9, at 5 p.m. Tickets for the pageant are $15 and open to the public.
Registration is open, with an early registration discount available until September 13. The entry fee is $35 before that date, increasing to $50 afterward.
The winners of the Mini Miss Wool and Junior Miss Wool categories will receive sashes, trophies, and an opportunity to participate in San Angelo’s 2025 Rodeo Parade.

- Shine Like a Star: On the big day, gals, will be the center of attention on a REAL STAGE at the Brooks & Bates Theatre showing off talent, style, and confidence – it's time to sparkle brighter than a disco ball!
