Tom Green County Detention Facility Corrections Officers booked 21 individuals into jail in the last 24 hours on charges ranging from Indecency with a Child by Exposure to Felony Burglary of a Building to Harassment of a Public Servant.
The judge’s ruling incorporated $1,023,000 in actual damages, enhanced with an additional $2,000,000 in punitive damages plus interest of $104,000 since Pfluger filed the lawsuit on August 22, 2022.
