Reporters at the scene say it appears the pickup hit a patch of ice on Runion Rd. about 100 years north of the intersection of Red Creek Rd. in Quail Valley and rolled through a fence.
The access to clean drinking water continues to be restricted in a large area of San Angelo and it especially affects elderly individuals who are homebound.
