Family to Hold Prayer Vigil for Missing Toddler

SAN ANTONIO, TX – The saga of missing toddler James Chairez continues as his family plans to host a prayer vigil in San Antonio.

James was last seen in January with his mother D'Lanny Chairez. Chairez would tell police she was not able to care for her baby and claim she gave him up for adoption. She would ultimately be arrested for child abandonment.

Last week law enforcement conducted a search at Chairez's trailer and confirmed human remains were located. As of today, the remains have not been confirmed to be James.

The vigil will take place on Friday at 7:30 p.m. at the Resurrection of the Lord Catholic Church on Military Drive.
