The Midland Police Department reported that officers responded to an emergency call at approximately 10:07 a.m. in the 400 block of Cedar Avenue, where they found the young victim with multiple bite wounds. The attack, which involved at least one of the family’s dogs, resulted in severe injuries to the child, including to his neck and head.
