As the city continues to grapple with days-long electrical outages and inclement weather, SAPD is now facing problems with its non-emergency phone lines.
AEP has confirmed the company will have to temporarily shut down the power in the Grape Creek area in order to fix an emergency issue with a regulator at the substation on Friday.
