The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office has issued a warning following reports of a phone scam targeting citizens with false claims of missing jury duty and impending felony warrants. The caller, who has been known to identify himself as either Randy Swick or Keith Muncey, is soliciting payments under the guise of resolving the alleged "warrants."
