Officers on the scene say a 37-year-old female was supposed to be test driving a vehicle but when she got the keys she took off with the vehicle from the dealership.
A month and a half after the body of 33-year-old Carlos Veliz Jr. was found in a 7/11 parking lot, authorities have made an arrest in connection to the case.
