San Angelo Police Request Help Locating Missing At-Risk Man

SAN ANGELO – The San Angelo Police Department Tuesday afternoon issued a request for help in finding an at risk individual.  

According to the SAPD, Richard Mirelez is missing.  "SAPD seeks your help in locating a missing "at risk" person: Missing Person: Richard Mirelez, 35 years old, 5'9", 189lbs, Hispanic Male. Last seen: 3500 Lake Drive on 7/15/22 around 6pm. He was last seen wearing a dark colored t-shirt with the words "Lucio and Son Roofing" on it as well as blue jeans with white shoes. Richard has an intellectual disability and we need the public's assistance with locating him.
