SAN ANGELO, TX –– The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office has released additional details in the case of sexual assault of minors against 22-year-old Esiah Castillo.
According to the TGCSO, on September 15th deputies received a call regarding a delayed case of possible indecency with a child by contact.
On October 7th authorities arrested Castillo and he was charged with Indecency with a Child by Contact, a second-degree felony. He was released after posting bail.
The subsequent investigation revealed six additional victims. The charges against Castillo has since been updated to the following:
- 2 X Indecency with a Child Sexual Contact (2nd Degree Felony)
- 3 X Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child x3 (1st Degree felony)
- 5 X Sexual Assault of Child x5 (2nd Degree felony)
According to TGCSO, the investigation remains active as they process evidence and is attempting to locate and identify additional victims.
