SAN ANGELO, TX – San Angelo Police have arrested the suspect in the viral video who appears to be performing a lewd act in Santa Fe park in San Angelo.
According to a press release late Friday evening, SAPD Public Information Officer Tracy Piatt-Fox wrote "pursuant to the ongoing investigation into the recent incident of indecent exposure along Veterans Memorial Drive, Investigators with the San Angelo Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division obtained probable cause to obtain a Warrant of Arrest for 44-year-old Salvador Caballero for the charge of Indecency with Child by Exposure. The warrant, issued by Justice of the Peace J.P. McGuire, stemmed from an incident reported on February 18, 2020 involving a 16-year-old female.
Caballero was taken into custody without incident by members of the Department’s Gang Unit at approximately 7:30 p.m. inside an abandoned residence located in the 2600 block of Ben Ficklin Road.
This is an ongoing investigations and additional information will be released as it becomes available".
