SAN ANGELO, TX — In a bizarre plot twist, UPS is texting and emailing the 10 or so workers who showed up Monday for their first day of work asking each why he or she did not show up. The new hires at UPS were told to be at the San Angelo UPS Customer Center on Porter Henderson Dr. At 7:50 a.m. Monday morning. When the workers arrived, they were told there were no jobs because the jobs had been outsourced.
