21-year-old Gregory Joe Garza and 18-year-old Zachary Isaiah Garza were arrested Thursday night by San Angelo Police each charged with one count of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Both were later released without bond.
The Mexican national was at the Brownsville bus station and identified by agents as a migrant who overstayed her visitor visa and will be extradited to Harris County in connection to an on-going homicide investigation.
