SAN ANGELO, TX – Day 4 of the Park 2400 murder trial kicked off on Thursday morning when the jury was shown a jail house interview with the defendant, Jose 'Joe Angel' Trevino. The interview, in addition to the testimony from the detective in the interview, shined some light on the moments that led up to the death of Jason Garivay.

The closest witness to the Park 2400 murder victim took the stand during the afternoon portion of the jury trial of the State vs Jose "Joe Angel" Trevino on Wednesday afternoon.

Wednesday morning the Park 2400 murder trial continued with testimonies from the ER doctor, the Shannon Security Supervisor, and the waitress who served the group that fatal night.

Shocking details were revealed by a medical examiner on Tuesday confirmed that Jason Garivay was four times the legal limit.
